Information you will need for online rego,
Riders' first and last name
AusCycling Licence Number - all riders must have a valid AusCycling licence
Plate Number (Sprockets and Division Class Riders Only)
Transponder Number (Division Class Riders Only)
**You must be registered to race. Online regos will close Friday afternoon at 5pm. Once you have registered online you do not need to attend the rego window on Friday night. If you need some help or have any questions please let us know**
REGO FEE
- $10 per rider for Age Class & Sprockets
- $5 per rider for Mini Wheelers & Pedal Mini Wheelers
- $2 per rider if racing 2 classes (must pay for one full class initially)
DIVISIONS
All age riders are placed in divisions from an average of their race times. If you have a special request or any concerns with regards to your rider's division please come and speak to the rego team.
SQORZ
The club uses the online platform Sqorz to manage registrations, scoring and timing. To view moto draws and race times follow the link below (works best on a mobile device)

6.00pm–6.30pm: Mini Wheeler & Pedal Mini Wheelers
6.30pm–7.00pm: Practice for all age Division Riders
7.00pm: Gate drop, Motos begin
*Note - If any Mini Wheelers or Pedal Minis still wanting to ride they can get back out there during the half time break.
VOLUNTEER ROLES
Racing cannot commence until all volunteer roles are filled. So please put your hand up and help out! All volunteers will be shown what to do before filling a volunteer duty.
HIRE EQUIPMENT
We have limited gear for hire - bikes, helmets and gloves are available for hire for $5. Please see the team at the Rego Hut.
Items cannot be booked prior to race night - first in, first served.

VOLUNTEERING
Our Club relies heavily on volunteers, it would not be what it is today, without them! A minimum of 10 volunteers are required per race night. No experience is necessary, we will happily show you the ropes! First Aiders will require a current qualification.
For the 2022 season, 3 volunteering sessions will be required per rider, capped at 8 sessions for families. Volunteering sessions can be completed on race nights or outside of race nights. Our Secretary will keep a spreadsheet recording all volunteer contributions.
