Our Club relies heavily on volunteers, it would not be what it is today, without them! A minimum of 10 volunteers are required per race night. No experience is necessary, we will happily show you the ropes! First Aiders will require a current qualification. For the 2023 season, 2 volunteering sessions will be required per rider, capped at 8 sessions for families. Volunteering sessions can be completed on race nights or outside of race nights. Our Secretary will keep a spreadsheet recording all volunteer contributions. NWSS volunteering positions are as follows: First Aider Top Stager Bottom Stager Track Prep 1 Track Prep 2 Gate Starter Yellow Flag 1 Yellow Flag 2 Green Flag Canteen Help (seperate spreadsheet - refer to Tash Wheelock post on FB) Facility Maintenance (ensuring bathroom/toilet cubicles are clean and sufficient with stock) Rubbish Maintenance (ensure litter is collected and disposed of correctly. Swapping bins over to ensure no overflow or mess) We have split the sessions over x2 motor to provide you with the flexibility to still give you your own time at the event.
